To take the succession of our Head of Internal Audit, who is moving to another function within the company we are looking for a Head of Internal Audit.

VOTRE MISSION

Your main task is to ensure the independence and objectivity of the internal audit department in order to reinforce the operational efficiency of Audemars Piguet. Within this framework you are in charge of preparing, validating and executing the annual audit plan. You also perform audits, issue recommendations and guarantee the follow up of these recommendations. You establish audit reports to present to the Audit Committee, as well as to managers of the different departments and entities.
Ultimately, you maintain a strong relationship with the internal control and risk management teams. You report directly into the Audit Committee and manage a small team of internal auditors.

 VOTRE EXPERIENCE

You have a university degree in Business Administration and/or Finance and have at least 8 years of experience in internal audit or internal controls. You are able to interact with Senior and Executive Management and have a track record of managing specialised internal and external staff. You have excellent communication skills in French and English and proven strong analytical and problem solving abilities. You are willing to travel up to 30% of your time.
